Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping & Pick-Up
Policy

  • Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returned items. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. However, if you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us and we will make it right.

  • If you item(s) are delivered to you damaged or defective, please fill out the form below or contact us at Melaninaaromacandles@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

  • Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date. We will evaluate the issue and offer a refund or replacement if necessary.

 

  • Please Note: You may be asked for photo evidence of your damaged items before a refund is offered.

 PICK-UP

  • Local pick-up is available for residence of Miami, FL and surrounding areas. You will receive a text or email with pick-up instructions once your order is ready.

Shipping

  • Enjoy free shipping on your orders $100 and up. 

  • We ship all orders out Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays.

  • Order characteristics such as size, weight, and distance will determine the shipping cost of your order.

  • Orders will ship via the courier selected by the customer at checkout.

  • Please note: Transit times are not a reflection of our processing time. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Melanin Aroma Co.  is not responsible for delayed or missing packages after they are left with the courier. If your package gets lost in transit, please contact the courier directly. 

The standard processing time for all orders is 2-4 business days.
